Restoration planning + community coordination
I lead restoration planning, agency coordination, and community engagement for this neighborhood landmark.
Original artists: Andy Bellomo, Bernard Williams, and Roman Villarreal, with assistant artists and youth.
Exhibition planning
Placement studies, mockups, framing, packing, transport, access, and hanging plans, developed with conservation and installation partners.
Restoration delivery
Phased scopes, budgets, treatment reports, site reviews, and completion records. At Fullerton, this also includes tracking remaining corrections.
Creative coordination
Keeping artistic decisions, fabrication, schedules, and approvals connected through installation and closeout.
